Summer School 2004
Location and Directions

The Summer School will be held at SRI International in the International Building (building ``I'') in the Uemura room on Monday and Tuesday (Aug 9-10), and in Building A on Wednesday (Aug 11). There is a nice patio in front of Uemura room for coffee breaks, and plenty of parking space near the church at the corder of Middlefield Ave and Ravenswood Ave, behind Building I.

If you are driving north by Middlefield, turn left onto Ravenswood, and then immediately turn left into the parking. Park, then walk down Ravenswood about 100 yards to building A. The International building will be at the left hand side of the buliding A's parking lot.

Parking near building A is available only on Wednesday.

Directions

Highway 101 southbound from San Francisco

Take the Marsh Rd./Atherton exit; turn right; go about 1 mile, turn left onto Middlefield Rd.; go about 1 mile, continuing straight through the light at Ravenswood Ave. Take a right at the next light at Ringwood Ave. Turn right again into SRI Conference Parking. Park and follow the directions to International Building entrance.

Highway 101 northbound from San Jose

Take the Willow Rd./Melno Park exit; go about 1 mile to Middlefield Rd.; turn right and go about 1/2 mile to first traffic light at Ringwood Ave, turn left. SRI Confrence Parking is on your right. Park and follow the directions to International Building entrance.

Highway 280 southbound from San Francisco

Take the sand Hill Rd./Menlo Park exit; go about 2 miles to intersection at Santa Cruz Ave; turn left onto Santa Cruz Ave. and follow it to El Camino Real. Turn right on El camino Real. Take a left at next traffic light at Ravenswood Ave, cross the railroad tracks and continue to Middlefield Rd. (you'll pass the main SRI entrance). Turn right on Middlefiesd Rd.; turn right at the next traffic light at Ringwood Ave. SRI Conference Parking is on the right. Park and follow the directions to the International Building entrance.

Take the Alpine Rd./Menlo Park exit; bear right and follow Alpine Rd. to intersection at Santa Cruz Ave; follow Santa Cruz Ave. to El Camino Real. Turn right on El camino Real.
